Refund Policy

The Smartphone Trader Limited Warranty will entitle the Purchaser, at its election, to either:

1. Return the defective device in order for the The Smartphone Trader to repair the defect (“Repair Option“); or

2. Return the defective device in order for The Smartphone Trader to replace the defective device (“Replacement Option“); or

3. Return the defective device and be provided with a full refund within 14 days of purchase, without any deductions or penalty (“Refund Option“).
